Renewal Dates
Your renewal date is the same date that you signed up for your selected package. This date will remain the same for you length of time with us, however you can request to have this date changed to match up with your companies billing periods.
Cancellation Periods
If you wish to cancel your package in your first month then you must do so by close of business (5.30pm) on the following day after you agreed to open your account with us, as after this time your account would be classed as active and all funds owed.
If you wish to cancel or pause your account at any time after your first month then all you need to do is make sure you have informed us of that a minimum of 3 working days before your renewal date. If you don't then the account will automatically renew for another month.

Keyword reports
Your Keyword report will be sent to you monthly 3-4 day before your renewal date for your account. The keyword report will list all your keywords and phrases and the hit rates they achieved for the billing period due to end when your receive your report.
